30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your Plant Dolly must be in its original condition -- unused, with all original packaging and components.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rollygreensusa.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Plant Dolly arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@rollygreensusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

2-Year Warranty

Every RollyGreens Plant Dolly comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If your dolly develops a defect under normal use within 2 years of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your Plant Dolly for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
